A. Discover and Captial One are the only two cards with a 0% foreign fee. Discover is now widely accepted in China. American Express charges a 2% fee and Bank of America, Chase and Citibank all charge a 3% foreign fee. Be aware if you’re being charged in your currency or in the foreign currency and double check all statements to ensure accuracy.
